Still can’t validate my phone!!!

Sent a support request which has not been acknowledged. Still can’t see my reports and validate my device. I have tried many times

Hi,


I replied to your ticket yesterday confirming that I had validated your device at this end - the emails are going out so they are being blocked at your end.  If you now go to the profile page and tap confirm and then it should change to say 'Confirmed' with a tick and then your reports page will populate.
